Technology & Inks
We have multiple printers, Epson C8000, C7500 uses pigment-based inks (Epson UltraChrome® DL). Epson C6500 and C6000 uses Epson UltraChrome® DL pigment inks. Our DTF printers use pigment-based ink. Our DTF printers use pigment-based ink. We use Epson Printers and UltraChrome DG ink - a pigment-based ink designed for printing on fabrics. The Epson SureColor F6470 sublimation printer utilizes Epson UltraChrome DS ink, which is a high-performance dye-sublimation ink specifically formulated for this printer series. Our F6470 operates with a CMYK ink configuration (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and High-Density Black), and Orange and Violet in addition to the CMYK inks. The Orange/Violet (Or/Vi) 6‑color configuration on the F6470H offers the widest gamut coverage of any 44" dye‑sublimation printer currently made. We use Roland LV-290 flat bed laser engraver as well as XTool F1 Ultra engraver. We use Roland UV-LED printers with CMYK+W. It uses ECO-UV ink
Quality Control
Our quality control ensures precision in product production and shipping via a software-driven system using a 2"x1" removable QR code sticker ("cursor") on each item, encoding the print file image, The cursor is scanned at each print stage, managed by software, ensuring accurate labeling and traceability. A visual inspection at the labeling station checks for defect-free labels matching the cursor’s specs. Shipping requires scanning each cursor to generate a label; for multi-part shipments, all parts must be scanned for label creation, ensuring order accuracy. This integration of QR codes, cursor scans, visual checks, and automation delivers consistent quality, efficiency, and transparency.
Packaging Control
The packaging is 100% recyclable. Candles are shipped in hard cardboard boxes.
